RecruitAgri exposes graduates, who already have a diploma or degree in agriculture, to theoretical classes backed-up by a practical learning experience, resulting in a world-class employable graduate.

The three founding members are GA Chalkley Estates (Pty) Ltd, Agristar Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Lochaber (Pty) Ltd all of whom offer world-class practical experience to the RecruitAgri students.

RecruitAgri is seen as the knowledge centre and network platform that provides world-class practical farming experience to learners who are hungry to form part of agrarian reform in South Africa.

Our vision is opening theoretical learning into practical learning for agricultural graduates focusing on avocado and macadamia farming , improved employment opportunities and encouraging entrepreneurship

2018 had 4 recruitagri learners. We are proud to say that all 4 graduates have managed to get employment in the 2019 year with some of them already being employed in the position of a junior farm manager.
