WHAT

– WE ARE –

RecruitAgri is a non-profit organisation (established in 2018) that works with graduates in the agricultural industry, focusing on macadamias and avocado’s. With the vision of the More Community Trust, RecruitAgri was founded by three growers in the Lowveld region of Mpumalanga, South Africa.

RecruitAgri exposes graduates, who already have a diploma or degree in agriculture, to theoretical classes backed-up by a practical learning experience, resulting in a world-class employable graduate

The three founding members are GA Chalkley Estates (Pty) Ltd, Agristar Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Lochaber (Pty) Ltd all of whom offer world-class practical experience to the RecruitAgri students.

RecruitAgri is seen as the knowledge centre and network platform that provides world-class practical farming experience to learners who are hungry to form part of agrarian reform in South Africa.

2018 had 4 recruitagri learners. We are proud to say that all 4 graduates have managed to get employment in the 2019 year with some of them already being employed in the position of a junior farm manager.
