Our Story

RecruitAgri was established by three founder members in the Lowveld, who were actively seeking qualified previously disadvantaged agricultural graduates to enter junior farming management positions.

The realization that the industry had an influx of inexperienced applicants, RecruitAgri was born in 2018 to assist with this transition in skill upliftment and development.

From the inception of RecruitAgri, we have watched huge growth and enthusiasm amongst these young people.

Our biggest thanks go to the graduates past and present of RecruitAgri, the ambassadors for future farmers in South Africa and assets to the industry.

To our Funders, Partners, and Educators, who due to your commitment and support of the programme we offer superior education – Thank You.

To the Management, Farm Managers and Farms involved – thank you for trusting this process and for your inclusiveness and support of RecruitAgri.
