Held annually, Interview Day provides a dedicated platform for grower partners, processing partners, and external industry stakeholders to meet, assess, and engage with our soon-to-graduate cohort. It’s a vital space where skills meet opportunity.

How Interview Day Works for Employers

RecruitAgri ensures a smooth, effective recruitment process over the two-day event:

1. Express Interest: Employers contact the RecruitAgri Team to participate.
2. Review Talent: You receive a detailed pack containing graduate profiles, CVs, and progress summaries to help you assess candidates.
3. Shortlist Candidates: Based on your specific criteria (skills, location, experience), you select the graduates you wish to interview.
4. Interview Days: Interviews are conducted over two days, either in person at the RecruitAgri Head Office (Mpumalanga), Limpopo venues, or virtually for those outside the region.
5. Support: We facilitate the process with smooth coordination of interview slots, venue logistics, and tech support. We also provide guidance on salary expectations, benefits, and standard industry packages.

Key Dates and Venues

The Interview Day is conducted over two structured days, offering both in-person and virtual options to ensure flexibility:

• Tuesday & Wednesday, October 21 & 22, 2025: Interviews will take place in White River at the RecruitAgri Head Office (Mpumalanga).
• Wednesday, October 22, 2025: Interviews will also take place in Limpopo.
• Virtual Interviews: For those who cannot join in person, virtual interviews can be set up with graduates. RecruitAgri facilitates the process with tech support for all virtual interviews
